Twice Brightly takes you back to the days when variety was king, presenting a fabulous mix of comedy, music and singing.

Tammy Jones

Born in Bangor, North Wales, Tammy Jones began singing in the proud Welsh tradition at a very early age. Soon established as a regular on both radio and television in her native Wales, she then starred in her own TV series "Tammy". Guest spots followed on English television with Benny Hill, Tom Jones, The Bachelors, Dick Emery and Morecambe & Wise as well as an appearance at the London Palladium and the Royal Command Performance in front of HRH Princess Anne.

Tammy’s recording of "Let Me Try Again" reached number 5 in the music charts and she appeared in the "Song for Europe" TV programme singing "Love's a Carousel".

Tammy has cruised worldwide and appeared in summer shows and pantomimes with top artists such as Les Dawson, Craig Douglas and Charlie Drake.

During the past few years, Tammy has combined her cabaret dates with another of her great loves, country music. She has appeared and recorded in Nashville and because of her love for gospel music she sang on `Highway' with Sir Harry Secombe.

Now back in this country from great success in New Zealand, Tammy is looking forward to entertaining audiences with a wide range of songs.

Ronnie (The Squire) Hayward This very funny comedian brings an explosion of laughter to ‘Twice Brightly’.  We remember Ronnie as a great favourite from his many television and radio appearances on the Comedians, Sunday Night at The London Palladium, and The Val Doonican Series etc. He has proved extremely popular around the world both on cruise ships and in theatre and cabaret and hosted his own radio programmes in his own inimitable style.

Johnny Stafford   As the UK’s top harmonica star, Johnny started his career with the famous Morton Fraser Harmonica Rascals appearing many times with them on television and radio. He went on to enjoy a wonderful solo career touring the world and producing magnificent recordings.  His immaculate playing and ready wit will entertain all.

Mavis Lane  A superb singer with a great personality who sings a wide range of songs from musicals to standards, singalong to Olde Tyme favourites. With West End starring roles and appearances in Pantomime, Summer Shows, Cabaret and on Radio we welcome her glorious voice to ‘Twice Brightly’

Mike Pannell This bubbling entertainer will brighten our show with his singing and comedy. Experienced in Variety Shows, Pantomimes and Summer Seasons in venues all around the country he will expertly compere and perform in ‘Twice Brightly’.
